About Josefin – the person behind Love is Medicin

My entrepreneurship has grown like a puzzle, where every experience, every pause and every new direction has brought me closer to what I have always longed for.

My passion for yoga, health and a more conscious way of living was sparked when I was a teenager. Ever since, I have been looking for ways to create a life where what I believe in also has a place in my work.

In 2016 I started my first business, an organic juice and smoothie bar at Kungsmässan in Kungsbacka. We served raw food, soups and fresh bread from a local bakery, with ingredients from local farms. Everything was organic and compostable, and our philosophy was simple: we leave nothing behind but our footprints.

After that, my journey continued into yoga, recovery and energy work. I trained in restorative yoga and Reiki and created space for people to land, feel and recover.

Over the years I have also worked as a personal chef and a retreat chef, and together with Human Garage and Sensing Center. I have been part of different teams, projects and retreats and have met people in many different settings.

At the same time, I have needed to stop and pause myself. Sometimes life has called for rest rather than achievement. I have learned that not everything needs to be forced. Some things need time to mature until you simply know.

And then water came back into my life.

For several years I collected water from friends who had their own water machine, while my interest in water, the body’s fascia, water structures and the work of Masaru Emoto deepened. I began to see water from a completely different perspective and realised how important it was for me and my family to make a conscious choice about our water.

After several years of collecting water, I also started to look more closely at the business behind the machine.

And suddenly everything fell into place.

I realised that I had found something that brought together so much of what I had been longing for. Health. Knowledge. Water. Conscious entrepreneurship. Freedom. The possibility to work in my own way, from the place I choose, without being tied to a physical business or fixed opening hours.

It felt like:

This is it.

Today I am building further on my conscious entrepreneurship, where health, water, entrepreneurship and freedom come together.

I want to create something that feels true. Something that brings value both to others and to myself. A business and a life where I don’t have to choose between passion and freedom.

I am still at the beginning of this journey.

But for the first time in a long time, I don’t feel that I need to rush.
