Privacy policy
Who is responsible for your personal data?
Love is Medicin (Josefin) is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at loveismedicin@gmail.com.
Information you send through the contact form
When you submit the contact form, the details you enter – your name, email address, any topic and your message, as well as the page the form was sent from – are sent from this website through the email service Resend to Love is Medicin (loveismedicin@gmail.com).
The details are only used to reply to your enquiry. They are not passed on to anyone else and are not used for marketing.
Booking via Calendly
Bookings are made in Calendly, a service from Calendly LLC. The calendar is shown directly on the Book page and in the booking section of the homepage: it loads automatically from Calendly when you open the Book page or reach the booking section. Calendly – and the subprocessors Calendly uses in the calendar, for example for security checks against automated abuse – then process technical data such as your IP address and may set their own cookies, for example for security and to remember your cookie choices, in accordance with Calendly’s own cookie and privacy policy. Calendly shows its cookie settings in the calendar.
When you book, you give your name, email and any answers directly to Calendly, which processes the details to carry out the booking and send confirmations. The details are used to hold the meeting and to contact you about the booking. If you do not want the calendar to load, you can write to us by email instead. Read more in Calendly’s privacy policy at calendly.com.
Events, webinars and external links
The website links to other websites, for example Instagram, Facebook, Linktree, Calendly and Touchstone Essentials. Registration for Wellness Circle events takes place via Facebook, and registration for webinars via the link in each webinar. When you click such a link, you leave our website, and the receiving website’s own privacy policy and cookie handling apply.
The link on the zeolite page is an affiliate link. The retailer can then register that you came through the link, so that Josefin can receive a commission on the purchase. This happens on the retailer’s website, not on ours.
Your language choice
When you choose a language with SV | EN, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage (localStorage, the key loveismedicin_language), so that the website opens in the same language next time. It is a setting you ask for yourself: it is not sent to us or to anyone else, and it contains no personal data. You remove it by clearing the website’s data in your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to request information about which personal data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected and to request that data be erased. Contact us at the email address above.
If you believe that we process your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
