Wellness Circle is a growing community for anyone who wants to explore a more conscious, present and healthy way of living – together with others. It was started by Josefin and Ina and meets in an open group on Facebook and at gatherings with sauna, cold plunges, nature and conversation.

An evening where warmth, water and movement meet: sauna with a birch whisk at sunset, a cold plunge in the sea, ERW water, somatic movement and community with like-minded people.
Our intention
A safe place to land, meet and grow
The intention is to create a safe and inspiring place where we can land, meet, explore and grow together.
Through shared experiences – sauna, cold plunges, breathing, movement, nature, fire, water, recovery and nourishing experiences – we make room for the body, the mind and the community.
Here you don’t have to be perfect or follow a set path. We are curious, share experiences and inspire each other to more energy, presence and wellbeing in everyday life.

Wellness Circle is created for community, inspiration, wellness and conscious connection – not as an open marketplace.
You are warmly welcome to introduce yourself and share your passion. Your own offers, events and other marketing are published only after approval from an admin. Events in the group are created by the founders, Josefin and Ina.

Behind the community are Josefin – the founder of Love is Medicin – and Ina. Together they create the gatherings and hold the community together.
